Security Culture Workshop
The goal of this workshop is to assess together with your team, the current security culture of your organization, determine the desired security culture and create an action plan that takes your organization from A to B.
Some of the questions addressed during the workshop are:
- What type of security culture does your organization have?
- What is the desired security culture based on the landscape in which your organization operates? (including industry, applicable laws and regulations, threat landscape, etc.)
- What concrete actions are needed to transition from the current security culture to the desired security culture?
Why this workshop?
Every organization harbors a unique security culture, that part of the organizational culture that focuses on security. In other words, the values, beliefs, behaviors of an organization towards security. Given the uniqueness of each security culture, this workshop is tailored to your organization. To facilitate this, information is gathered in advance perhaps by review of documentation, through surveys or interviews.

This workshop is suitable for multidisciplinary teams (e.g. management teams) or teams within an organization (e.g. security department). This workshop could also be tailored as a teambuilding activity or as a workshop on your business event.
